Promoter/Sponsor of this Pacers Mexico City Games Scavenger Hunt Contest (the “Scavenger Hunt”) is Pacers Basketball, LLC d/b/a Indiana Pacers and Pacers Sports & Entertainment (“Pacers”), with an address of 125 S. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46204. By participating, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Official Rules as well as by all interpretations of these Official Rules by Pacers and by all other decisions of Pacers, including resolution of disputes in connection with this contest, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Pacers Mexico City Games Scavenger Hunt Contest.

Please read these Official Rules carefully. They contain very important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you participate in the Scavenger Hunt.

No purchase necessary to participate or win a prize. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, for Mexican residents, it may be necessary to purchase a prior or future licensed product to participate or win a prize.

GENERAL STATEMENT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By participating in the Scavenger Hunt, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. You further agree that the Official Rules apply to all participation in the Scavenger Hunt and you agree not to misuse Scavenger Hunt privileges that are detrimental to Pacers or the Scavenger Hunt.

CONTEST CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION OR MODIFICATION:
Pacers reserves the right to modify, suspend, change dates or prizes (to a prize of equal or greater value) and/or terminate the Scavenger Hunt (or any portion thereof) with reasonable prior notice (where possible) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the Scavenger Hunt or in the case of schedule changes, acts of God, or force majeure events.

ELIGIBILITY: The Scavenger Hunt is open to any individual who a) is aged 18 or over at the time of entry, and b) has a device capable of interacting with a QR code prior to the start date of the Scavenger Hunt. Employees and immediate families of employees (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Pacers, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, members, employees and agents are not able to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Scavenger Hunt prize period will begin at 9:00am local time in Indianapolis, Indiana (Eastern Standard Time) on November 1, 2026, and shall end on November 7, 2026, when all prizes have been won or at 1:00pm local Mexico City, Mexico time (Central Standard Time), whichever comes earlier (“Scavenger Hunt Period”). For clarity, the Scavenger Hunt Period includes (i) the Indianapolis portion of the Scavenger Hunt, which will commence on November 1, 2026 at 9:00am local Indianapolis time (Eastern Standard Time) and end on November 3, 2026 at when all prizes for November 3, 2026 have been won or at 11:59pm local Indianapolis, Indiana time (Eastern Standard Time), whichever comes earlier (“Indianapolis Portion”), and (ii) the Mexico City portion of the Scavenger Hunt, which will commence on November 5, 2026 at 9:00am local Mexico City, Mexico time (Central Standard Time) and end on November 7, 2026 when all prizes have been won or at 1:00pm local Mexico City, Mexico time (Central Standard Time), whichever comes earlier (“Mexico Portion”). No prizes will be awarded on November 4, 2026, and no Scavenger Hunt activity(ies) will take place on November 4, 2026. Participants may begin registering to receive email clues during the Scavenger Hunt Period starting October 30, 2026 at 9:00am local time in Indianapolis, Indiana (Eastern Standard Time) (see “How to Participate” below for more). The “Scavenger Hunt Term” means October 30, 2026 at 9:00am local time in Indianapolis, Indiana (Eastern Standard Time) through November 7, 2026 at 1:00pm local Mexico City, Mexico time (Central Standard Time).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Eligible individuals may participate in the Scavenger Hunt by using one of four methods outlined below. Individuals that elect to participate using the email method will receive the Scavenger Hunt clue via email one (1) hour before the other participation methods.

  1. Via Email: To participate during the Scavenger Hunt Period, participants should (i) go to PacersinMexicoCity.com to register to receive daily Scavenger Hunt clues via email from the Pacers, (ii) review the daily email clues, and (iii) determine the location from the clue. There will be one (1) clue emailed from reply@Pacers-mail.com each morning during the Scavenger Hunt Period. Each daily clue will (i) lead participants to the winning Scavenger Hunt location (in either Indianapolis, Indiana or Mexico City, Mexico), and (ii) give participants a single word or phrase designated as the code word for the applicable day. There will be one (1) prize at each location described in the clues (six (6) clues total; six (6) prizes total). In order to win the prize, participant must be the first person to go to the location described in the clue and confirm the code word to the Pacers’ designated representative at the Scavenger Hunt Location. By registering to receive daily Scavenger Hunt clues, you are opting in to receive Scavenger Hunt communications from the Indiana Pacers. You may also choose to opt-in to receiving electronic communications containing marketing messages by subscribing to Pacers and Fever marketing communications (see more below).
  2. Via Instagram: To participate during the Scavenger Hunt Period, participants should (i) follow @Pacers or @LosPacersEspanol on Instagram, (ii) review the daily clue posted on the Indiana Pacers (@Pacers and @LosPacersEspanol) Instagram Story, and (iii) determine the location from the clue and visit the daily Scavenger Hunt location. There will be one (1) clue posted to the Indiana Pacers (@Pacers and @LosPacersEspanol) Instagram Story each morning during the Scavenger Hunt Period. Each daily clue will (i) lead participants to the winning Scavenger Hunt location (in either Indianapolis, Indiana or Mexico City, Mexico), and (ii) give participants a single word or phrase designated as the code word for the applicable day. There will be one (1) prize at each location described in the clues (six (6) clues total; six (6) prizes total). In order to win the prize, participant must be the first person to go to the location described in the clue and confirm the code word to the Pacers’ designated representative at the applicable Scavenger Hunt location. Participants must have an Instagram account to participate. If a participant does not have an account, there is no cost to create one. To create an Instagram account from the Instagram app, download the Instagram app for Apple iOS from the App Store or Android from the Google Play Store. Once the app is installed, tap the Instagram icon and follow the onscreen registration instructions. To create an Instagram account from a computer, go to www.instagram.com and follow the onscreen registration instructions. Participant must agree to comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines in order to create and maintain an Instagram account.
  3. Via Facebook: To participate during the Scavenger Hunt Period, participants should (i) visit one of the Indiana Pacers Facebook accounts (Facebook.com/Pacers or Facebook.com/LosPacers), (ii) review the daily clue posted on each of the Indiana Pacers Facebook accounts (Facebook.com/Pacers and Facebook.com/LosPacers), and (iii) determine the location from the clue and visit the daily Scavenger Hunt location. There will be one (1) clue posted to each of the Indiana Pacers Facebook accounts (Facebook.com/Pacers and Facebook.com/LosPacers) each morning during the Scavenger Hunt Period. Each daily clue will (i) lead participants to the winning Scavenger Hunt location (in either Indianapolis, Indiana or Mexico City, Mexico), and (ii) give participants a single word or phrase designated as the code word for the applicable day. There will be one (1) prize at each location described in the clues (six (6) clues total; six (6) prizes total). In order to win the prize, participant must be the first person to go to the location described in the clue and confirm the code word to the Pacers’ designated representative at the applicable Scavenger Hunt location. Participant must have a Facebook account to participate and enter. If a participant does not have an account, there is no cost to create one at www.facebook.com. Participant must agree to comply with the Meta Terms of Service (http://www.facebook.com/terms.php) and the Meta Community Standards (http://www.facebook.com/communitystandards) in order to create and maintain a Facebook account.
  4. Via X: To participate during the Scavenger Hunt Period, participants should (i) follow @Pacers or @Pacers_es on X, (ii) review the daily clue posted on the Indiana Pacers (@Pacers and @Pacers_es) X account, and (iii) determine the location from the clue and visit the daily Scavenger Hunt location. There will be one (1) clue posted to the Indiana Pacers (@Pacers and @Pacers_es) X account each morning during the Scavenger Hunt Period. Each daily clue will (i) lead participants to the winning Scavenger Hunt location (in either Indianapolis, Indiana or Mexico City, Mexico), and (ii) give participants a single word or phrase designated as the code word for the applicable day. There will be one (1) prize at each location described in the clues (six (6) clues total; six (6) prizes total). In order to win the prize, participant must be the first person to go to the location described in the clue and confirm the code word to the Pacers’ designated representative at the applicable Scavenger Hunt location. Participant must have a non-private X account to participate in and enter this Scavenger Hunt. If a participant does not have a non-private account, there is no cost to create one at https://x.com. Participant must agree to comply with the X Terms of Service (https://x.com/en/tos) and X Privacy Policy (https://x.com/en/privacy) in order to create a X account.

As part of the online registration process you may be asked if you wish to receive promotional emails from the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever. Consenting to receive promotional emails is optional and is not required for participation in the Scavenger Hunt.

WINNING THE SCAVENGER HUNT: Multiple entry deadlines and winner selection dates apply. There will be six (6) total prizes (one (1) per day (excluding November 4, 2026) during the Scavenger Hunt Period) and up to six (6) winners. Any unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Each daily prize will be awarded to the first person to arrive at the daily Scavenger Hunt prize location, by following the clue provided via the entry methods (see “How to Participate” for details) and confirm the code word to the Pacers’ designated representative at the applicable Scavenger Hunt location.

It is the sole responsibility of the participant to notify the Pacers if his or her contact information and/or e-mail address changes. To do so, send an e-mail kinman@pacers.com with the new contact information. Pacers and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, owners, shareholders, members, employees sponsors, licensees, successors, assigns and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen, misdirected or illegible entries, to the extent that this does not result from a breach of these Official Rules or legal obligations by the Released Parties. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Pacers and will not be returned.

Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release attesting to the fact that he/she is 18 years of age or older, as well as other terms and conditions as designated by Pacers in order to collect a prize.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION:
A participant will win the Scavenger Hunt if he/she is the first participant to arrive and confirm the code word to the Pacers’ designated representative at the applicable daily Scavenger Hunt location. There will be one (1) winner each day on November 1, 2026, November 2, 2026, November 3, 2026, November 5, 2026, November 6, 2026 and November 7, 2026. No prizes will be awarded on November 4, 2026, and no Scavenger Hunt activity(ies) will take place on November 4, 2026. The winning participants on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 will each receive (i) one (1) 2026-2027 Indiana Pacers jersey signed by a then current member of the Indiana Pacers ($130 value), and (ii) two (2) tickets to the Indiana Pacers vs. Atlanta Hawks regular season game on November 2, 2026 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana ($100/ticket value; $200 total value). The winning participant on November 3, 2026 will receive (i) one (1) 2026-2027 Indiana Pacers jersey signed by a then current member of the Indiana Pacers ($130 value), and (ii) two (2) tickets to the Indiana Pacers vs. Washington Wizards regular season game on November 11, 2026 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana ($100/ticket value; $200 total value). The winning participants on November 5, 2026, November 6, 2026, and November 7, 2026 will each receive (i) one (1) 2026-2027 Indiana Pacers jersey signed by a then current member of the Indiana Pacers ($130 value), and (ii) two (2) tickets to the Indiana Pacers vs. Denver Nuggets regular season game on November 7, 2026 in Mexico City, Mexico ($100/ticket value; $200 total value). Total retail value of each prize is $330. Total retail value of all prizes combined is $1,980. Limit one (1) prize per participant during the Scavenger Hunt Term. Prizes do not include travel, lodging, or ground transportation.

Retail value reflects unautographed merchandise. Retail value of hand signed merchandise is subject to fluctuation based on the featured player and current market value at the time of prize award.

The winning prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. The name of the winner can be obtained by writing “PACERS MEXICO CITY GAMES SCAVENGER HUNT CONTEST” c/o Indiana Pacers, 125 S. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

Prize winner and his/her guest must agree to comply with all NBA venue rules and regulations relating to the use of NBA regular season tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize or prize element.

TAXES:
The prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable state and local taxes and any expenses associated with the Scavenger Hunt, unless otherwise indicated. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at the Pacers option for a prize of comparable or greater value.

PUBLICITY RELEASE:
Except where prohibited by law, in consideration for being permitted to participate in this Scavenger Hunt and the opportunity to win the prizes offered in this Scavenger Hunt, each participant hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of the participant’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, performance, and/or personal statements in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Pacers and/or the National Basketball Association and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, successors and assigns.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL ONLY BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM BREACH OF THEIR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS OR OF THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE OFFICIAL RULES. THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN CASE OF BREACH RESULTING FROM A FORCE MAJEURE EVENT.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Scavenger Hunt participant and the Pacers in connection with the Scavenger Hunt, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of Indiana, United States, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indianapolis, Indiana, United States.
